Bmi of Texas help CHANGED MY LIFE. I love everyone there. Dr. Duperier was my surgeon, and I had a roux-en-y gastric bypass surgery on March 15th, 2010. I have lost 175lbs and counting and am now a Zumba fitness instructor. My life was in good hands.
Had an appointment at the beginning of this year to discuss revision. Saw he PA which was fine. Was told that I would hear back regarding insurance coverage, appointments etc. To this day I am still waiting for that call and that is with me calling to check on status several times. The insurance coordinator is ALWAYS either busy, out or speaking with a much more important patient. I just gave up after coming to the conclusion that this drs. office has no interest in helping me.

The after care is phenomenal. Terry is wonderful. Dr. Englehart and Seager are the best, but the true star of the show is Miss Allison. She's been the absolute reason why my success has exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Her compassionate care is beyond reproach. They really care about their patients, and want them to succeed, and are there with you every step of your journey.
Their staff is always friendly and courteous. They listen to you and treat you as an individual and not just another patient. They are always there to answer questions.
The entire staff is always very friendly and always willing to help.
