From the moment I checked in, the office staff was so kind and welcoming. I barely had to wait before being seen. Dr. Englehardt was great—very informative and patient. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I also loved that they have radiology right in the office. Usually you have to get an order, drive to a radiology center, and then wait for results. I’ve been seeing Dr. Black for a while now, and I can honestly say she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and supportive. She always takes the time to listen, makes me feel understood, and does everything she can to help me feel better. BMI has helped me tremendously and continues to navigate my special needs due to metabolic issues/PCOS. Dr Englehardt and his team fixed my hiatal hernia, removed my gallbladder, and did a gastric bypass. When I had my surgery I ended up developing an infection due to my gallbladder and Dr. Purewall did an amazing second surgery that cleaned the abcess out and got me back on my feet. Just had my surgery a few weeks ago. Definitely recommend BMI of Texas the care is next level. They were very hands on with steps needed and were always available when I had questions. Thank You Dr Duperier!
This place is amazing. A few friends and family have had treatment here and not only is it the best care possible, they're ALL super nice. Their bedside manners are top tier. You feel cared for, listened to and encouraged. Dr. Englehardt is thr best!
