Don’t rent here, nasty bunch of people. Many other places that will out rank this place anyway.
We rented a house for 3 weeks. House was not very clean and I had to wash bed sheets and towels as there were hairs on them. Floor was dirty and clearly not vacuumed. Lawn service never came while we were there. The house had very poor quality pots and no frying pans at all so we couldn't make items such as eggs. But most of all BMI is a bad company to work with should you have any issues. There was a lot of construction in the neighborhood including very loud pounding and sawing right across the canal.
