First and last time customer Absolute worse service ever. As a first time customer and referred to BMI, I expected the best service. Took vehicle in to get a diagnostic to repair the A/C. Greg quoted one price to repair the vehicle and then called to say it would cost 3X to fix the problem. And X is north of $1,000. I was told the compressor was bad after he repaired another A/C component. Shouldn't the compressor be checked from the start? Does this sound right? It's fixed right the first time For anyone who owns any type of Mercedes, this is the place to have it repaired from windshield wiper replacement to engine overhauls. Each time I have my cars repaired, he tells me the exact problem, how long it will take to repair, and the cost. In addition, it is fixed right the first time every time. The price is always less than a dealership and the customer service is outstanding.
does this sound like a legitimate deal? I brought my very sick mercedes to BMI. On it's first day of work they installed a new water pump and some already mounted tires. For this they charged me a thousand dollars. Excellent Service I have used BMI for over 12 years, for a total of 4 different Mercedes models. Greg cares about his work, and does excellent work. I feel that he truly places the customer's interests first, has honesty and integrity, and that the prices charged are fair and reasonable for the quality of the work performed. If you are looking for a bargain by someone who will slap together a fix, this is not the place. But if you want someone who treats you car as he would treat their own, go to BMI.
