I have joined many gyms in my life, but never felt as welcomed as at BMI. I came here originally to train with Amy, who is an awesome trainer by the way, and kept coming for all the great classes and friendly environment. Amy's ujam and insanity classes are hard to beat and you'll get addicted right away! There are classes everyday and tons of talented instructors and the private training is great and will help you reach you goals. And on top you'll have fun and make new friends :)

I have taken classes, UJAM and Insanity, and had personal training sessions with the staff at BMI. They are knowledgeable, motivational, and driven to help us achieve our Goals! I highly recommend you check them out.

I began the spin class at BMI Fitness about 6 weeks ago. I love this gym! I have been looking for a true cardio class for a while and was so happy to find BMI Fitness. The spin classes are awesome! High intensity, Sweating it out, uphill climbing for 60 full minutes. The facilities are clean and it has a full locker room with hair dryers, towels, lotion, shampoo etc. That was a huge bonus since I need to shower before heading to work after the morning class.
