Today as a member for 29 years brought a small ball jar container of change to the Bethel Road location. The teller snottily told me that it had to be rolled. There were no customers and they were having a social chat with three tellers with one person managing the two outside customers. Disappointing that the credit union can’t provide a service that you can have a grocery store coin counter service provide. So why be a member?
RecommendedBMI FCU is great. But, I have sent them a message via Facebook. It read "Why are we limited to six electronic transfers per month? Is there a technical reason, or is it just policy? It is a real inconvenience when you live 500 miles away." Does this limitation bother you?

8 desks and one worker. Why??? I saw three others glare at me but not ask if I needed help. When I was served nearly 10 minutes later, the rep was rude and acted like she didn’t want me to be there. Step it up if you’re taking money from people, BMI.
Not terribly thrilled that my online account is locked out and the only way to get it unlocked is to call the branch that is now closed for the weekend. BMI needs to get with the times when it comes to online technology, I have thought for a very long time that the bank is lagging behind others. Stuck until Monday at best (if they are open with it being a holiday).

BMI did the right thing for us. There was some confusion with our account things being paid and we were charges for them instead of just not paying the amount. BMI refunded the fees for these transactions and it was appreciated. We live paycheck to paycheck and yes sometimes its impossible to make sure we have enough when a Google play or something debits automatically. We try our best to make sure the money is there but sometimes life happens and its not. Anyway thank you for doing the right thing
