Dr. Kelly and his staff are the best. Always welcoming and empathetic to the patients' needs and concerns. The office is very large and well kept and clean. Plenty of seating, and they have the chairs that sit up higher than your average office chair for those of us with handicap concerns. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with BMH Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. After years of shoulder pain and failed attempts to get proper treatment from two surgeons at Rutland and Dartmouth, I was left feeling frustrated and hopeless. Things came to a head when my shoulder finally gave out, and my bicep tore off my rotator cuff just two days before Thanksgiving. Dr. Gallagher and team were superb. He replaced my left hip. No visible scar, a cake-walk and well-done all the way. I'm now one year past surgery and can hike up Monadnock again! I'm a US DOL Field Nurse, and former Adult ICU nurse at Mary Hitchcock, and I'm not easy to please, and everything at BMH impressed me.
Wendy King listened carefully and took the time to go through my imaging files, explaining what could be causing my pain, and laying out a plan of action/next steps. She could not have been warmer or more engaged. Great experience.
