UPDATE: After making original review on Saturday night Tia the Office Manager called me first thing Monday morning. She worked diligently and got a resolution in about week and documentation and inspections were done and she updated us on progress on a regular basis. This issue was solved in a professional and quick manner. Original review: Work done several years ago final inspection was never done. They don’t answer phone now or return phone calls. Very disappointed.

They put a new roof on in Oct 2019 and refuse to be responsible for this, even tho the roof is under warranty. I went thru Ygrene so I'm doubly screwed.
