They didn’t return my calls. I emailed a sales person directly and was ignored. I was finally able to get somebody to contact me after requesting help through their website. I made my request of that person and never heard back from them. I’m very frustrated that it’s so hard to get their attention.
Great place! Very competitive pricing on doors! Chris was AWESOME to work with and very refreshing after 3 months of building a house. He responded to all my calls and emails.
Don't buy from here I called today and it's 4:45 they just don't wanna aswer the say there having phone issues and then hangs up buying wood somewhere els now I've called to days and same excuse
