This is a good company. I’m a landlord and have a few properties on annual maintenance contracts with BMC Roofing. The way they have maintained the roofs has allowed me to get over 30 years on several tar and gravel roofs. I’m pretty sure that one of the roofs they are maintaining is over 45 years old. BMC did a real great job on what was an ongoing problem no one could seem to figure out. They got up on the roof, moved some roof tiles, looked around and found the actual problem before quoting and eventually repairing. Other companies would fly fancy drones or use google earth and guess what could have been wrong. Very impressed with the diligence of BMC to do it right the first time!

I have been a customer of BMC Roofing for many years. In 2005 they replaced an old shingle roof on my home and detached garage. I elected to sign up for their annual roof maintenance program and in 2023 after a hail storm that took place in my area they let me know that there were signs of hail damage on the roof. They were helpful in taking pictures and speaking with my insurance company to ensure I could have my roof replaced.
