I’ve been going to the clinic for years, I have always been treated with respect, I just love the nursing team, they are always friendly and professional, Dr. Al-Samak is amazing, he is always smiling and he’s an awesome listener and just recently I started pain needles in my neck, and he always make sure that I’m relaxed before he starts, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I’m always recommended them to people.

I've been going to the BMC Pain Clinic and seeing Dr. Al-Samak for 5½ years and am extremely grateful I was referred to him. He makes sure my pain is manageable and immediately notices when I'm having other problems with my health before I even say anything and follows up on his referral. No empathy from the doctor at this pain clinic. I arrived 35 minutes early to my appointment, to be told that I could not be seen, because of an expired health card from this past June. Seriously? So I leave and immediately go to the nearest Service Ontario and renew right away. Before leaving Service Ontario, I called the clinic back to inform them that I've renewed my health card and asked if I could come back to fulfill my appointment.
