Did blood work here twice and had to wait over an hour both times. The first time they only sent half of the results to my Dr. I figured it was a fluke, accidents happen and I’m an understanding person. The second time they did not send any results to me or my Dr after numerous calls. Also sent my bill directly to collections after insurance processed it. I checked. No email, no paper mail, no text, no notification of any kind that my bill was ready just straight to collections. Never going here again
I have always had a good experience
Very rude receptionist they wouldn’t even help me, said there was nothing they could do, my doctor just forgot to change the date for blood draw! blamed everything on my doctor!! Time to find a new place to go.
