Extremely unprofessional clinic. The front desk staff are disorganized and incompetent. On one occasion, they scheduled me with Dr. Farooqi, but when I arrived I was told it wasn’t even his clinic day and they could only do blood work. Despite the doctor never seeing me, the office repeatedly called asking for a copay. Yesterday, I returned for a scheduled blood test, but the front desk suddenly refused to do it and told me my annual exam was due next week. Worst patient service. Rude staff
The wait time is horrible. How can nine people be ahead of me for a scheduled appointment? They have to understand the value of other people's time.
