My mother has been going to this doctor for some time and needs a referral for a dermatologist on a monthly basis. Best Medical Care staff always makes mistakes on the referral and I have to call back multiple times to get it fixed even after the dermatologist office calls them to fix it. 3 TIMES THEY SENT BACK THE SAME REFERRAL WITHOUT CORRECTING THE MISTAKE AFTER SAYING THEY DID!!! The staff is very unprofessional, Asma is the meanest and very rude. She does not know how to handle patients. I think they should work on their customer service skills. They do not know how to welcome patients. As patients we need solution to a problem.
Miss Asma is the greatest person who takes care everything when you visit Best Medical Care. Humble polite and trustworthy.
Dr. Mushahid is one of the most questionable PCPs I've ever had either the pleasure or displeasure of having met. I truly couldn't tell if he was giving me correct medical diagnoses or was I really this genetically ungifted from birth. I don't know if it is their fault or god made me like this... 10/10 ,would recommend best doctor ever
