Terrible experience with BMC customs. I paid nearly $700 for a part from them while deployed. They send me the wrong part then when it seemed we had a resolution BMC Customs stopped responding to my emails and calls. Please spend your money elsewhere.
I order a hood about a mont ago and they just been delaying my order I have tired to call but no answer I have emailed and they finally just got back to me today saying they are delaying things I don’t think this company cares about their customers I had to order another hood last week and it’s scheduled to arrive today.
Beware of this scam company. They will take your money and “run”. Ignoring all concerns. Ordered a spoiler 13 of January, no updates - no refunds (after requests) - no contact. 👎🏼 this company.
I had an excellent experience with Mike and Bruno from BMC even though my first spoiler was defective they worked me to correct the problem and get me a spoiler that fit correctly. I would definitely recommend them!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Sent them 3x emails saying to cancel the order ( before the item even shipped out ). Item was mailed to me a week later. I NEVER even opened the box! Called them to figure out how to get it sent back and refunded. BMC stated Trufiber requires a 20% restock fee that he was going to charge me. This was BMCs issue. He said he did receive my email ( and two of my other emails went to junk ), but they never cancelled the order because it was already “in play” ( even though the item had not shipped yet ).
