I BOUGHT A EXTREME KIT FOR MY 2020 SILVERADO , GREAT CUSTUMER SERVICE, IT TOOK TWO MONTH TO GET THE STAFF, BUT IT WAS WORTHY THE WAIT, GREAT PRODUCT
Customer service. Received damaged hood, had to reach out multiple times and when I got a quote for repair it was denied was told they were trying to talk to the shipping company. To which after waiting 2 weeks I had to reach out again was told they were still waiting and eventually got fed up with waiting and having to reach out to them. I had to fork out an extra 300 dollars to fix the hood.
Recommendedbruno and the other gentleman were very helpful to me when my hood was damaged thru shipping and it was dropped off at a paint shop and was not checked out . they got my claim approved and they sent me another hood great job guys would recommend yall to anyone sitting on the fence.

Would not recommend. Ordered our hood and we understood that due to covid there would be delays. Took a total of three months to get some answers. They weren’t good answers at all. I was lied to multiple times advising that it had to do with the trucking company and that it was attempted. I work in the trucking industry so I know how things work. Every time we tried to contact BMC no one would answer for weeks. Finally got an answer gave them a week to determine where my order was to then get a bunch more excuses. DO NOT USE... read more
FRAUD ALERT. KEEPS YOUR MONEY
Bought the demon style cowl hood for my challenger from the bmc website. Faster shipping then Carid. Carid told me there were gonna take 60days just to ship it. BMc took one month for the whole process of shipping and receiving despite all this bs corona. Called 3 times they answered or called me back the times I called. Just didn’t like there shipping method but I’ll give it a 4.5/5 very satisfied customer here. That’s cuz I stay in tx .thank y’all!

bought a product from them in September and received the wrong product. I attempted to work with them to remedy the situation. They pretended to work with me for a couple of months and stopped responding to emails and calls. Now I wasted nearly $700 on a product that I never received. In addition the product they sent did not come complete. I am out nearly $700 with nothing to show for it. If you are ordering anything I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
