VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are not human-perhaps robots with no consideration for human beings. After a long days work, we came to visit my uncle close to 7 pm and was told to wait 30 to 35 minutes because of shift change. After checking again, we were told to wait for 20 minutes. Hmmm, strange. Finally after 1 hour we checked again only to be told he is being discharged. Mind you we are the HCP. You would think they would at least contact us the family who they had waiting for one hour without letting us know he was b... read more
Came in early morning for some serious abdominal pain with nausea after throwing up a few times; the staff was quite nice in the beginning although it took a lot of waiting in between labs and seeing the doctor. Then there was a shift change and apparently my doctor left and no one else came to check in and update me on the next steps; it had been over 8 hours in the ER - I’ve had no food for over 18 hours and started getting a migraine; I asked multiple staff members if they could tell me what was going on or if I could go ... read more
