All about excuses We had an appointment with an electrician on Wed. He was supposed to be out here between 8-12. Around 12:30 we didnt hear anything so we called them. Their excuse was that their computers went down and all of their appointments were lost. They put us on the schedule for Thurs. and said that someone would be out here between 12-4.
