I’m very disappointed with my experience. The owner came out personally to assess the plumbing issue, and I appreciated the time he took to evaluate the problem. However, after not hearing anything, I called back a week later and was assured that someone would return my call. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting. Good communication is just as important as quality work, and the lack of follow-up has been frustrating. If the company was unable to take on the job, a simple phone call would have been appreciated.
