BM Windows did a window repair at my house. The first repairman they sent to my house, did a poor job. BM Windows came back out to correct the previous repairman's work. The second repairman did a better job, but he needed to sand down the area that he filled. I relayed this information through the builder, but was informed that was the "finished repair." Very disappointing!
