I have purchased a Merc from BM Prestige in Nov 2020 for near $30k. It's begging of a nightmare. They couldn't deliver the car due to engine light pops on and delayed the delivery twice. Finally I got the car in early of Dec 2020. After few days, engine light pops on again, same issue. Avoid this dealership and save yourself a lot of disappointment and frustration.
Avoid this dealership!! Most unprofessional scam artists going around. Cars have major mechanical problems with over inflated prices.
I would not even give this business a 1 star rating. Very dodgy, over priced cars with significant mechanical problems. Do not respond to calls, emails or return calls. Please be very very aware, they are extremely dodgy.
Bought BMW from them and it has always issue after a few days from purchase day. Car had been to their mechanic and they charge super extra but never fix its issues. These guys have warrant trap too and it’s not covering anything at all and even you still have to pay labour on top of it. Contacted to management and they offered silly amount. Strongly recommend so not buy from them and I think they reverse odometer too. I have to spend a lot money during corona time to run their crap on road.
