Amazing service. They have been servicing my BMW to high standards. The whole team is friendly and their knowledge is mind blowing. Well priced, they deserve 6 stars. And they also have a great selection of riding gear, bags etc. Only high quality products. My only complaint is the day I picked my bike up, they gave a day off for the beautiful dog. My next service I need to ensure that won't happen again :)
Spoke to Chris regarding my OEM Telelever Shock fail at 40,000km. Not unusual i hear on a 2016 1200GSA. BMW offered a discount on a replacement OEM, but I declined, as the price was similiar to the Tractive replacement, that is superior to the OEM. Chris fitted me in at short notice and advised the "Tractive" shock would be ideal. I'll be returning to have the bike serviced here in the future. Terrific service in helping me kit up on riding boots, helmet and jacket etc. Based on her deep experience in adventure riding, Eve was super helpful (and patient!) in assisting me with chosing optimum sizing/fit to suit my needs. Highly recommended !
