I called about the installation of a new seawall at my home. One of the owners Matt called back and arranged to visit and provide an estimate. I waited and waited and he never showed up. Called the office and they promised to find out what happened. They never called me back. I called again and was told there was a “mixup”. No apology and no follow up to reschedule. It may take a while because these guys have a ton of work all over the area, but absolutely worth the wait. One of the few major jibs that was just done right, the first time with a great team in SoFlo. Jason was fantastic communicating and the dock makes the whole back yard!
Matt and the guys at B&M were a huge help with our aging seawall. They were able to secure the problem and my marina hardly noticed they were there. They did not hinder any vessel movement and worked quickly and diligently. Strongly recommend B&M.
