Amazing experience with BM Botanical! They answered the phone right away, FaceTimed me to go over options, created a beautiful custom arrangement, and had it delivered within hours. The customer service was incredible from start to finish, and the bouquet is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend!
Horrible service. They didn’t have the bouquet I ordered by the time I needed. She made me late to the wedding and on top of that, she was in a bad mood. She rushed it and left it nothing like the inspo picture and charged me $100. I asked to cancel it since she didn’t have it ready and she said she couldn’t. My friend was disappointed with the bouquet. Don’t order from here.
