I`ve been taking my cars to this shop for many years. I love Mercedes , so before I`ve got my ML500 I had C230 and before that I had 420SEL. Zak, the owner of the shop, was always honest with me, and I trust him very much. I remember the time when he was working by himself with his wife, and now they have 5 technicians in the shop. Hi, These guys are really good ! I have 2003 430clk , and was looking for a good independent shop to take care of my car. I was tired of waisting my money at the dealership . I found BM on the internet, they had 5 stars rating , and gave them a try. I brought my car in for service B, The price was really good , I have called in a few more shops before I brought it over to BM . Thank you BM European Auto. I have an Audi A4 with a 155K miles. I took it in thinking that I would replace the timing belt and fix a coolant leak, and be able to keep the car running for at least another 20K. I told Zak as much when I brought the car in for the work. He could have easily taken the job as is, but after a full diagnostic on the car, he identified several other needs, which pushed the cost of repairs much higher than the actual book value on the car. Finally I found an excellent place for servicing my Jaguar. I`ve been taking it to South Bay Jaguar before it got closed. I start looking around for an independent repair shop where people really know Jaguars. My co-worker recommend me BM European, he has been taking his Jag there for years, and always was happy with them. I am glad I took his advice . The shop looks very clean and organized . Honest reliable service. I actually was looking for a place to bring my 2001.5 Audi S4 for service recently as it was due for an oil change and there were a few "noises" that I heard when driving. I didn't want to get by the ridiculous prices at the Audi dealership and further have them do a lot of erroneous things to my car that weren't necessary. I recently took my BMW to BM for extensive work. I had been putting the work off for some time because I was worried about the expense and because part of the problem with the car was shoddy work which had been done previously. Zak was friendly and professional in diagnosing the car's problems and he was very forthright in his conversations with me. The work was done quickly and well - the car is good as new. I went there to get an estimate for a seatbelt repair. They charged 150$ just for looking at the seatbelt and giving an estimate. This company is just a rip-off!

We own 4 Sprinters. Great Vans ! Very economical for business ! But we always were looking for a good independent repair auto shop anywhere in Los Angeles to service them. No one. No one knows what they are doing. Just dealerships. But it is too much for a company like our to pay that prices. Also it takes them forever to fix anything on Sprinters, and time is money for a business. I drive ML350. I am new to Los Angeles South Bay area just moved from San Francisco a few months ago and did not know where to take my car for service. My coworker told me that he takes his Mercedes to BM Auto in Gardena for years and always was happy with them . I took his advice. Yes he was right. Excellent service knowledgeable techs clean shop. Fear prices !. I would pay much higher price in San Francisco for the same kind of service. I would recommend BM to anyone who owns Mercedes or any other European car. Thank you B... read more
