Great service! Easy to book online for the next day. Technician Matthew B showed up on time and was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my problem quickly and explained the issue clearly.
I am incredibly happy with Carlos, Ken, and Jonathan. They did an excellent job installing my ChargePoint electric charger at my house. It was a bit complicated but they handled it with grace, professionalism, and kindness. What more could one ask for? They even pointed out some things that were not done properly over the years by other electricians. I feel comforted in knowing that everything is completely safe and up to code. They got me my permit in a timely manner and the work was done well. I couldn’t be happier!
