Carlos and Chris from bm electric showed up today at my place to diagnose and fix our sump pump. The experience was great. We particularly appreciated their attention to details and their transparency in explaining the issue with the device. The repairs needed and the associated costs were clearly explained. Moreover, they took a look at other small issues we have in the house, providing recommendations at no additional costs. Definitely a five stars service.

Very friendly and professional
I had extensive electrical work done at our home to bring it up to code. It was done by B & M electric, and I am very happy to say that they (Carlos, Jonathan, Manny, Misael, and Ken) arrived on time and did an excellent job updating the electrical wiring of several rooms in our home. Dru, my electrician, was the best. He addressed my issue effectively, walked me through everything step by step and did an overall excellent job. Ken, another one of the electricians, came by to help out as well. Very satisfied with the work and highly recommend.
