STAY WAY! This people are rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive and very very sneaky. Find another cargo company. They don’t document calls so every time customers call, they must repeat the entire story over and over. Each representative gives you a different answer. They are very 3rd world country minded. It’s a pain to even trying to hold a straight forward conversation with this people. They do all they have to do to keep your package and steal it. Send a box and it will be way easier and cheaper. Thieves!

He sido cliente de BM Cargo durante varios años y nunca había tenido problemas hasta que tuve que hacer una devolución. El proceso fue innecesariamente complicado, muy frustrante y se demoró casi un mes. Si no hubiera sido por mi insistencia y el seguimiento constante que le di, el paquete se habría quedado paralizado y yo habría perdido mi dinero.
