I used them to receive my mail for 2 years, and out of nowhere, they decided to freeze my package because it included checks, as it always has. Not only won't they transfer my mail to Punta Cana, but they refuse to return the package to my office. They want me (or a representative) to personally go to Miami to pick up the package. They lost a good client. And they violated federal laws by opening my mail without permission.
