How often do we make the statement about a dentist visit being great? I like many others have had my share of bad dentist visits... not today... My appointment was scheduled for a painful tooth. I sat in the lobby for less than 5 minutes before being called back. My dental assistant, Clair was very nice and professional, she took great care of me and answered my questions until I was seen by Dr. Cosby. Dr. Smith and his capable staff made replacing a Crown painless and easy. Professional, amicable, and just plain good at what they do. I am so pleased that I found them. I appreciate the care.
Dr. Drew and Rea removed an abscessed tooth as soon as they could after the flooding of 2015. I was in and out, and didn't have to wait to get the appointment. More importantly, they made me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure. Not to mention, their banter and chemistry make you feel like you're hanging out with friends. I will recommend this Practice over and over again. As a downtown girl, I didn't even mind the drive to Blythewood!
As always, the customer care was top notch. The dental experience was one of courtesy and professionalism with an emphasis on customer service. The entire organization is there for their patients and will assist them in anyway possible.
Thanks for being patient with my 10 year old daughter. She has a fear of the dentist, but she had a great experience today because the staff was very patient and made sure she was comfortable. Very impressed and scheduled myself for my routine cleaning.
