My daughter and her three kids moved from Grand Rapids to Lansing, and I chose this place for them. As a 73-year-old woman, I haven’t had to fill out a rental application in years. The manager, Arron, was incredibly patient and helped me through the process step-by-step. We had a walk-through, and I found the perfect house for my grandchildren and my child to call home. I’m just glad that there are still good people out there in the world. The property was very clean and had many amenities.

I absolutely adore Ashley. She makes you feel like you’re part of a family. Every concern I might have had, she followed up with and simply got the job done. I also wanted to comment on a review someone made about the trash compactor. I want to say that’s not true. What they posted was furniture on the side of the trash compactor, and that’s because people aren’t following the rules. This is a pretty amazing community, since the new manager Aaron has came the property has been a 360! The staff is friendly if anything we just wish they had more time in office as they are running around making sure everyone is having a good experience! The pool area is beautiful and the fountains they added bring a really calm vibe, they even put up lights at night in the hammock garden and new hammocks! Can’t wait for the doggy pool party soon!

I have no complaints, but I do have a few suggestions for those who can’t read the paid parking signs don’t park there if you don’t know if it’s paid for call the leasing office to check. And for the ppl who lack common sense, such as those who put furniture in trash compactors like that’s what it made for to compact furniture then when you break it, you wanna complain about how long it takes to get fixed when you chose not to use common sense . So, here’s a quote of the day: “Help them help us.”
