Awesome community. Office staff are super nice and friendly. And always stocked with snacks.
I don’t live at BLVD West but I did make an appointment to view an apartment and someone in the leasing office named Ashley confirmed my appointment over the phone, when I arrived she had already left the building and was nowhere in sight. Online it says the office closed at 6pm. My appointment was at 5:15pm. I would have loved to live here but if management is this inconsiderate then I will take my services elsewhere.
BLVD West is has a beautiful and friendly community, the landscape is timeless, the staff is friendly and it's an all around great place to be! With spacious floorplans, great pricing, and wonderful people, really, what more could you ask for?
We went to get more information about possibly selecting this as our next apartments. They had a sign up that the were on lunch around 3 pm. Fine whatever no big deal we went and came back 2 hours later the sign is still up that they are on lunch, doors locked but there were 2 lady’s who were sitting in the office looked at us when we tried to open the doors and looked away.
