BLVD West is has a beautiful and friendly community, the landscape is timeless, the staff is friendly and it's an all around great place to be! With spacious floorplans, great pricing, and wonderful people, really, what more could you ask for?
We went to get more information about possibly selecting this as our next apartments. They had a sign up that the were on lunch around 3 pm. Fine whatever no big deal we went and came back 2 hours later the sign is still up that they are on lunch, doors locked but there were 2 lady’s who were sitting in the office looked at us when we tried to open the doors and looked away.
I would recommend this place to anyone! This is a beautiful and quiet place to live. I love enjoy walking the walk ways and also the gym when the weather is bad. My kids love the pool and barbeque in the summer. Neighbors are friendly. Management is very efficient, responds to maintenance requests, and gives feedback which i really appreciate.
A beautiful setting, welcoming and efficient staff, and the friendliest residents—particularly the dog parents!! Aaron, Ashley, and Lucas do a wonderful job of seeing to residents needs
