Francisco was awesome! He fixed all of our drains. And is pleasant as always.
Had the best experience living here. From meeting front office staff for the initial tour, the follow up and getting keys, it was smooth sailing for our time at blvd. My partner and I loved everything about this complex, the gym got additional equipment, maintenance was immediate with any repairs we ever asked for, and the unit itself was perfect for the price range. This property is set up like a barracks where 1/2 the units face a center courtyard. Many of the units, like mine, have no view other than into the neighbor across the way’s bedroom. This set up also creates a tunnel for noise, meaning everything echos. It’s an extremely loud complex. When tenants play corn hole, it sounds like fireworks. If your unit is close to Florida street, you will hear all the clapping and roaring from games from the bar underneath.
