For the love of G, I don’t know where the rating comes from. The rooms are decent (7), but the service is terrible and the breakfast horrible (only processed foods). 80% of the time there is nobody at the reception to checkin etc. Add the motel type of setup and this hotel is maximum a 3.5 here or a 7 on the hotel rating websites.
We had a king bed with a mattress pad that was probably a full size so it didn’t fit the mattress and there was probably 5-6 inches of mattress not covered with a protection pad on each side of the mattress. On top of that the mattress had stains on it. So the only thing between the mattress stain and out bodies would be a sheet so thin you could tell the mattress was white with blue stripes below. They also had an electrical outlet that wasn’t covered. Both of these are serious health/safety violations.
I read the reviews of this hotel, and was intrigued because of everybody’s great experience. The manager. Jeel Welcomed us upon arrival. He was incredibly friendly and should teach lessons on how great customer service needs to be! He was wonderful he gave us wonderful suggestions to a local restaurant which we tried and was amazing, and gave us the lay of the land. He allowed us to check into our room a little earlier. We arrived late on a Thursday night and the hotel was extremely accommodating. They verified our checkin time and someone was there waiting for us. Rooms were clean and quiet! Would highly reccomend for an affordable place to stay close to the beach!
