The location is OK about 10 minutes from Newport Beach Pier. The people were kind at front desk. Do not stay here if you want some sleep it is very loud at night, you can hear people talking next door and cars passing by constantly keep in mind we were on the second floor. It felt like walls were made of paper. Will never stay again.The only thing that was nice is the room appears modern.
I'm staying here right now, and I'm logging in with my review, because I'm so impressed. Small, casual, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and genuine. Free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. I haven't had the breakfast, yet, but I'm sure it'll be perfect. Good food nearby to order for delivery. Great little place. I support privately-owned hotels like this that are making a go of it. Keep up the good work; I'll be back!
