⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sandirent Property Management provided excellent service and a great overall experience! The team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Communication was clear and timely, and they made the property management process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Sandirent Property Management to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!
Misleading and gross. Found a listing on Zillow for an entire house for rent outlining the property lines and when we arrive there is an apartment connected to the home not disclosed in the listing. The home is filthy with human hair balls, black rimmed toilets and filthy walls… only for the properly manager (who was 30 minutes late) to advise it was listed “as is”. Showing an expensive rental home with a misleading description was a waste of time.

I interacted with the staff in North County San Diego. They are extremely professional. They do a thorough job in vetting potential tenants. I believe anyone would want to ensure they have the ideal fit as a neighbor or potential tenant, this is worth the wait time in the long run. They are responsive to tenant needs and follow thru with their commitments. I interacted primarily with Mayra and Homayra, I respect their work ethic and follow thru.
