We had a bad experience from the start with Bluwater Pools including; customer service, communication, trustworthiness, project timing mismanagement, and overall service. We are currently in litigation for a down payment of $5000. We began the process June 2019 and fired them January 2020 with nothing but a torn up lawn from project mismanagement. After 6 months, the (up to 12 week wait) county permit was never applied for.

Very dishonest company. Contracted almost a year ago and they didn't finish my pool nor return calls or emails. Don't use them. Beware.
This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST company I have ever heard of. The owner is nothing but a scam artist. He has been working on my parents pool in Venice, Florida for a year and it is still not finished. He has not paid the subcontractors even though my parents have paid him. Currently they have been waiting - for 6 weeks - to have the pebble tec company finish their pool.
