We recently toured BluTowne while helping my soon-to-be college graduate find his first “real” apartment as he starts his job in the Peoria/Morton area—and what a great experience it was. We had a Saturday morning appointment and were greeted by the friendliest, kindest leasing agent, Kasey. Great job, speedy
Everything is really great besides what they charge for pets. It was 500 dollars for 2 cats as the deposit and then they make you spend an extra 30 dollars per year per pet for screening which is very excessive in my opinion. Giving it 4 stars because of that but 5 stars if you don’t have any pets. Everyone is very friendly. The apartments are very nice. The pet policy could be better in my opinion.
