This company was recommended by my insurance provider to address a leaky roof and ceiling. Following the acceptance of the estimate, communication ceased. Despite numerous attempts to schedule the commencement of work, no progress was made. Subsequently, my ceiling collapsed. I then made multiple attempts to contact them, and after finally reaching a representative, I was informed that I would receive a follow-up, which never occurred. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

Update: As of July 2025 I am updated my review to 4 stars from what I wrote previously. The main reason is one person:Ray Lawrence, who is now in charge of the Columbus Office. Since he was hired to replace previous employees who could not meet expectations, Ray went above and beyond to make things right. Ray is the absolute difference maker and was probably the difference between a lawsuit and news media attention. Wow…just wow!! BluSky~ I highly recommend! Ray is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He seems to put care, quality & time, in everything!! He takes pride in all he does, you can tell. Thank you BluSky/Ray!!

I called 5 businesses first thing Monday morning after waiting the entire weekend to get someone to our house for a flooded finished basement. The last one I called and the first one to respond and able to come THAT DAY was BluSky! Austin & Jason arrived within an hour! We were so thrilled to see them! They explained thoroughly everything they would do. They both were courteous and worked hard all afternoon removing wet soggy carpeting and setting fans and dehumidifiers. We had Jason R from BluSky out to help us with a recent basement flood. He made a terrible situation better. He was friendly, quick, and very thorough!
