Site/project manager doesn’t measure, blames customer and “installer”. “Installer” says he doesn’t measure, but site manager says he sends her photos of the tape measure. Site manager complains she’s too busy to send project updates and cannot send photos because she’s always on the road. We used Blu Sky Restoration after a tree fell on our house during a storm last June. After months of messing around they finally started the job. They did part of the job that was originally quoted and filed with the insurance company and said they were finished. After weeks or back and forth they came back and did some more work, and finally months later they came back and did some more. Do NOT work with BluSky Restoration Contractors LLC BluSky is not a company I would recommend to anyone. I had a water damage insurance claim and BluSky was a company partnered with my insurance at the time of my claim. The people I worked with from this company were not honest, not reliable, didn’t’ show up to appointments, didn’t answer calls, were unable to communicate, had no sense of urgency, and no drive to complete the project. American Integrity Restoration came to my rescue. I experienced storm related lightning/electrical damage that caused a socket fire, blew out a computer, monitor, computer sound system, 2 florescent light racks, 2 fans, light bulbs and possibly damaged my wiring,circuit breaker box and furnace early October 17.
