I also received an email from BluSky on July 6, 2020, informing me that I owed them for repairs they performed on my house in Phoenix, during April, 2017. They also threatened me with recording a lien on my house and legal action. The phone number they provided rang forever until I was finally informed that the voicemail box was full. Ms. *****, thank you for your communication and for bringing this up to our attention. We apologize for this misunderstanding and hiccup in our system. Back in July we had a minor software glitch where letters were sent out to old jobs by accident, and unfortunately your record was one that received this by mistake. A retraction was sent out immediately once we realized of this incident and can guarantee that it will not happen again.
I just got an email from them today from work they did 3yrs ago trying to put a lien on my house. They say we still owe money that was due to them from Insurance. All insurance money had been paid up to that point and they are coming after me for almost triple the amount that was due during a pandemic. This company is horrible and not one anyone should be doing business with.

We called them last Friday and they sent a tech to evaluate our water damage problem. He said he would get back with us on Monday with a plan and estimated cost. It is now Wednesday and they have not called back. Our damage must have been too small for them to care about, but they should have at least told us that.
Great job with cleaning up water damage but poor service with follow through when it was time to get things repaired. Had to eventually find someone else/another company for restoration services.
