Took 1 year & 3 months for a 6-7 month repair. Moved into the house without hot water, without working HVAC, bathtub not hooked up properly & water leaks in the majority of our sinks. Blusky was called into do a restoration on 2 of my homes. One was for water damage one was for mold. The one for water damage their workers did more damage than what originally needed repaired, they cut ceiling tiles inside my home causing the need to clean all our air ducts. They were to replace drop ceiling tiles. First crew did hit or miss on my tiles and my husband and I had to go to our basement pick up all tiles from the ceiling and **** ones replaced. Did not complete work as assigned. Was charged for work not completed and after I complained about shoddy work completed and I was not going to pay, they decided to take a lien on my house. I have pictures of work not completed. After 5 months of back and forth and a lien taken out on my house, I decided to pay and get this piece of c*** company off my back. Do not hire this company...especially if you get a guy named ************************* to assist you. **** poor work from a **** poor company.
I ACTUALLY FEEL RELEIVED - READING THESE REVIEWS. I have unfortunately experienced these scoundrels, after losing my home to Fire, right before the Holidays 2021. They came to my home unannounced, broke into my boarded up garage, trampled all my personal items while dragging a garage door that had fallen off in the fire. As others have stated, this company is terrible. They seemingly have no idea what is going on at any given time, no sense of urgency to get the job done and care only about collecting money from your insurance. If it weren't for my diligence they would have absolutely cheated me out of over $25,000 all the while harassing me about getting them paid for work that wasn't even complete yet. Do NOT work with BluSky Restoration Contractors LLC BluSky is not a company I would recommend to anyone. I had a water damage insurance claim and BluSky was a company partnered with my insurance at the time of my claim. The people I worked with from this company were not honest, not reliable, didn’t’ show up to appointments, didn’t answer calls, were unable to communicate, had no sense of urgency, and no drive to complete the project. I also received an email from BluSky on July 6, 2020, informing me that I owed them for repairs they performed on my house in Phoenix, during April, 2017. They also threatened me with recording a lien on my house and legal action. The phone number they provided rang forever until I was finally informed that the voicemail box was full. What is BluSky trying to pull? Hope that people are confused and won't remember they paid BluSky in full 3 years ago? Is their business hurting because of COVID19? Back in July we had a minor software glitch where letters were sent out to old jobs by accident, and unfortunately your record was one that received this by mistake. A retraction was sent out immediately once we realized of this incident and can guarantee that it will not happen again.
I just got an email from them today from work they did 3yrs ago trying to put a lien on my house. They say we still owe money that was due to them from Insurance. All insurance money had been paid up to that point and they are coming after me for almost triple the amount that was due during a pandemic. This company is horrible and not one anyone should be doing business with.

We called them last Friday and they sent a tech to evaluate our water damage problem. He said he would get back with us on Monday with a plan and estimated cost. It is now Wednesday and they have not called back. Our damage must have been too small for them to care about, but they should have at least told us that.
