I manage several commercial retail & office buildings in Wilmington. We had a horrible sewer gas odor issue at one of our multi-story leased locations that other vendors could not determine the cause of. I contacted Brittany Butcher, Acct Executive for Disaster One and she immediately jumped on the job by sending out a team to determine the source of the odor and rectify the cause. And they did all this without disrupting the tenant's business operations. A big thumbs up from this property manager!
Disaster One is the best! I recommend clients to them for insurance claims and they are never disappointed. They do great work, but more importantly they are very responsive and take good care of my policyholders at a time when they need them the most!
I am really impressed with Liberty Restoration. They are friendly and very easy to work with. I would feel comfortable referring them to any friend or family member in need of water damage or fire damage help.
They gave us the run around just trying to get an estimate scheduled. Finally, when we got a call back after calling 3 times, they told us it would be another week before they could even look at the damage! What a waste of time! They should have been up front with the fact that they were not able to schedule anything for at least 2 weeks!
I have been an Association Manager for 9 years and I love working with Veronica Cuellar. She is very professional and makes her customers feel as if they are #1. She has not lost the "the customer is always right" philosophy. I am so happy that I have had the opportunity to work with her and will continue to use her and her company to help my clients.
Disaster One is the best restoration company I have ever work with . they are there when you need them at any time any day.
If I could post a no star review, I would. Do not use this company. They take too long to finish a project. Without good reason. The quality of work they do is terrible. When I asked them to fix the sheet rock job, they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I forced them to repair it. They repaired some areas and covered up others in hopes I wouldn't see that they hadn't repaired all of it. Please take care. Terrible. Very slow, shoddy work. They had to redo several things, then that made them lose money so corners were cut and customer service went away quickly. Don't use them. Hire someone you know personally. That seems to be the only way to get decent work done.
Veronica was one of the most professional people that ever worked the business. I had such an enjoyable productive meeting with her. I will absolutely forward her more referrals in the future.
