Julie provided great customer service while we picked out dresses and even helped me pick out my wedding dress, but after she got the money for my dress she completely abandoned us. My dress arrived in the wrong size THREE times. I ordered my dress in December and got it in August, weeks before my wedding. Julie didn’t bother to show up to my appointments that she made for me when I had to try on dress after dress that kept coming in wrong.
