I received a highlighting service and was not happy with it. Before my appointment I had asked for a full heavy highlight, after my appointment I was told she did not have time to do a heavy weft, so she just did a regular. After I had already paid and left. If I was told that before we had started I would’ve just rescheduled. On further investigation the back of my head was icy platinum blonde, and the top was a caramel color.
