Lacey is extremely unprofessional, and has zero empathy or compassion for the elderly who may forget appointments. I would recommend that you go anywhere else to avoid her. My Grandma did not deserve this level of disrespect. This salon should be ashamed. **In response to what you said, we did attempt to reach out but instead of acting like a professional you acted like a child.
Lacey should not be working with the public if this is how she conducts business. An elderly client forgot her appt, no call to the client, nothing other than a $75 charge to her card on file and then proceed to make comments that were overheard by people who know her saying unkind things. I would recommend going anywhere else in Brush and avoid this hair stvlist In response to your reply, I will reach out to the owner. We have the receipt to support the charge.
Love going to see Lacey she done a fabulous job with highlights in my hair and trimming it up. She even recommended great shampoo to help keep it looking fresh my kids get their hair cuts here as well only place they wanna go! I recommend
I got a color and cut today and it turned out beautiful! Lacey did an amazing job and was very easy to talk too. I will definitely be going back. Thanks, Shanna
