absolutely worse experience ever. tge young girl who was to color my hair and cut/style my hair used wrong color, my hair now is a jet black instead of Carmel Brown, she knew nothing about styling hair and chopped my front bags off chopped my hair all over, I paid 170 cash and it took over three weeks to get a partial refund and owner was very rude. very inexperienced and rude here.

$240 for almost literally nothing. I booked an appointment for June 26 for color, full highlight, cut and blow-dry. I went to a consultation to talk about what I wanted, and explained to my stylist that I am getting married in August and wanted to blend my natural hair color and root growth down into the area of my hair where I had previously dyed it. I asked her if she felt it was possible and she said yes. 1st photo is of my hair just days before. I have naturally grey and white hair with ash brown, and the mid to end have turned brassy red from dye. This is what I want to fix. Day of my appointment, I go in, get my hair done, and I’m somehow out within 2 hours. Stylist tells me she’s doing a full round of Olaplex in addition to what I scheduled for. Cool, but how do you bleach, tone, Olaplex, dye, highlight, cut and blow dry hair in 2 hours? You don’t. Leaving my appointment, my hair looks “okay”. It’s toned grey to match my roots, but I can see it isn’t as dark as I expected. I had asked her to blend, but I wonder if it’s just like that because it’s curled. Second picture is of my hair literally 2 days after the first wash. ALL of the color the stylist added to my hair is gone. I washed with cold water, used purple shampoo as instructed. I dry it and realize she had mentioned using temporary dye to another employee. Apparently that was on me. Worse? I have a literal line across my head from where she bleached my previously dyed hair. There is NO blending at all. Finally, my hair wasn’t even cut. I must have missed this because she had an assistant sitting next to me the entire time and we were all talking. Picture of my busted split ends to show. Final pictures are of my hair now, 3 weeks later. My hair color hasn’t changed much since before my appointment. I essentially have lightly bleached red hair under my natural hair. I doubt Blush would even fix it at this point, but I’m in a super crappy position, a month before my wedding with a massive bleach line around my head that I spent $240 for, and can’t get fixed before the big day. If anyone wants to PM me with a salon with openings, I’d love it.
