I have NEVER written a bad review but had such a HORRIBLE experience & only tried it because of good reviews. Customer service is horrible, management non existent. BLONDES please note: I went for a partial highlight & could not run brush through hair without it falling off. BE AWARE of 48 hour cancellation policy & hidden fees. They only send appointment reminder 24 hours before (not ahead of 48 hour window) & bill your card 50% of scheduled service if you try to reschedule… even with different hair dresser. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible service!! We have been twice and over charged both times but this time was the final straw my underage daughter went in was told a so called starting price and was never told AT ANY TIME that each so called extra bowl would be extra(even when stylist never left to make so called extra bowl) who needs 3 bowls for a partial highlight on shoulder length hair??? and when I confronted her about it she kept silent and said well I said it started at that price. I have been going to Darleen for my hair needs for 8 years. I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Today I flew in from Seattle just to get my hair done before leaving for Italy. I have unruly curly hair. I always leave feeling beautiful and tamed. The reception staff is warm, welcoming and professional. Love the products that they recommend and sell.
