Ms. Cindy and the entire staff at this nails salon have ALWAYS treated me and my guests with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have been a client for a little over 10 years. Their shop is very clean, they're affordable for the quality of service that is provided, everyone is friendly and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this place!!! :)

I only gave a star because I had to. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and could tell that the girl had no idea what she was doing. She ripped the skin off under my right eyebrow (how do you even do that?! There shouldn't be wax that low on your eye!), causing it to swell for a week. When I went to get my money back, I showed the "manager" my eye and all she had to say was, "Oh, put some Neosporin on it." Untrained and uncaring staff.

I've been here a few times before and had a nice experience, but this is the 1st time I had an appointment with Miss Cindy and it was very disappointing. The attitude I experienced with her seem unnecessary. She had a sour attitude towards me the entire transaction and yet, much friendlier with her co-workers when it came time to gossip. I got acrylic nails done for the 1st time here and the paint job was ok but the acrylic mess left around the nails was Atrocious.
