Please don’t waste your time trying to call and explain what you would like them to do. They will have you come and then tell you they can’t do it. They are back to back with their appointment scheduling which leaves very little time for any room for error especially if you struggle to find the building in bad weather during the rain and it puts you a few moments behind.
