I hate to write this review because I've gone here before and the owner/workers are nice but last time I went to take off Gel X nail extensions and got Catherine and she ruined my nail beds. She used one of those industrial drill bits to try and take the extensions off. I told her i have brittle nails and she acknowledged and continued. The drill bit destroyed my nail beds to the point where I have dents on them and wont be able to get a manicure for months again.
