Horrible service I set an appointment and the tech doesn't show up they act as if they could not get me in I feel accommodation could have been set, since I called twice to confirm my appointment with the nail tech and there wasn't , than I ask for the owner and they all acting as if they don't know what Im saying. If you have an event to go to please don't come here they are very unorganized

I will say...The girl that did my nails was very attentive and precise BUT and a big BUT I wanted a pedi and the other woman were Very unprofessional no one wanted to do the pedicure one left home two went to the mall to buy underwear and one was sick they lost the owner money and themselves but they didn't seem to care.

I went yesterday around 6:30. The door says they close at 7. One girl sweeping and when she saw me she locked the door and waved me off. The other girl in the store was sitting ans shook her hand no. I could understand if I was there to get something complicated, but ir was a simple pedicure. Just seemed very rude. I could understand if I was getting there closer to 7. Even eyebrow waxes take only a few minutes. This was rude, my mom had recommended this place so I was excited but neither one of us are gonna go there now.
