Very unprofessional very rude I have tried several times to book an appointment with this studio over the past year every time they don’t call me back I have to call them back and when I do, they’re rude to me. It’s terrible that they’re the only salon in Hartwell and the community has to deal with this behavior from so-called professionals if you are not established here good luck getting an appointment 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
Very unprofessional very rude black communication skills will not call you back to schedule your appointment when you call them back. They will be rude to you even though you are being respectable. Their reviews are fixed. They’ve been in business for many years and only have 68 Google reviews and 19 reviews on their Facebook page all of course highly recommended if you are not an established person with a stylist there good luck getting an appointment or being treated with any respect 10 out of 10 do not recommend
