Horrible, para empezar quemo mi cabello y no me hizo una prueba de mechón, llego tarde y hizo tope a las prisas, lo corto mal, no dejo ni el color que quería súper carísimo y no me quiso devolver mi dinero, quería que volviera a ir como si dejara que tocara mi cabello de nuevo!

I had to pay $50.00 for a appointment I never asked she was telling me how they do facials and I responded. Oh, OK. And one day there was a request of $50 for not coming to the appointment.

Does good hair but good luck getting to keep an appointment. I’ve had 2 appointments booked with her and both had to be rescheduled. I work 60+ hours a week and can’t just on a whim come in. I was offered a whole $50 off my next service (which is usually close to a grand if not more). If you can always reschedule and don’t really look forward to things I would recommend. Other than that find someone more reliable.
