The Flats at West Broad Village is a lovely, well kept, and the management team and maintenance team are outstanding! Cole Bennet, AJ, Katya and all of the others treat me with respect, kindness and are aways ready to assist with whatever I may need. The amenities here are far beyond what I had expected. A beautiful pool, shops, grocery stores, etc. are all within walking distance. I am 78 years of age and have never lived in a community or apartment complex as nice and well maintained as this one. I’ve lived here almost 4 years. This place has its pros and cons. First the Pros, Location location location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance department is awesome!! They don’t always get it right the first time, but you don’t have to wait long at all for them to figure it out. Now for the cons; the amenities are ok. I’ve lived at The Flats at West Broad Village for two years and am now signing for a third, and unfortunately, the experience has declined to the point where I would not recommend this community, especially at its current price point. What’s marketed as a “luxury” living experience simply doesn’t match reality. In my experience, the late-night noise from nearby nightlife establishments is constant, often accompanied by a regular police presence. I’m back for my second year at the Flats at West Broad Village. I love were I live, walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and many many restaurants. The staff here are very professional and friendly. They are responsive and go the extra mile to make me feel that I’m valued. Maintenance issues are rare but when the happen they are resolved quickly. It’s a safe, clean and beautiful community. Shout out to my leasing agent AJ.
